Parti Quebecois Candidate Martine Ouellet wins Vachon By-Election in Quebec

According to the preliminary results posted on the Elections Quebec website, PQ candidate Martine Ouellet won yesterday's provincial by-election in Vachon with 59.15% of the vote. Voter turnout was 29.26%.
