Federal Political Parties Receive Fourth Quarter Allowance

Elections Canada announced that five political parties have received their quarterly allowance as per section 435.01 of the Elections Act (Canada). This table shows the allowances that were paid based on the results of the 2011 election:

The current annual allowance is $2.039 per vote.
