Progressive Conservative Party Interim Leader Jamie Baillie wins Cumberland South By-Election in Nova Scotia

According to the preliminary results posted on the Elections Nova Scotia website, Progressive Conservative Party candidate Jamie Baillie won the provincial by-election in Cumberland South with 3262 votes, 57% of all votes cast.

Liberal Party candidate Kenny John Jackson came in second with 2165 votes (38%), with NDP candidate Scott McKee coming in third with 276 votes (5%).

Voter turnout for this by-election was 59%.
