New Legal Bulletin Summarizing the Alberta Third Party Election Advertising Limits

I have written an introductory summary of the Election Finances and Contributions Disclosure (Third Party Advertising) Amendment Act (Alberta), which implements third party election advertising limits in Alberta. The bulletin, available here, provides a general summary of how the limits function, and how third parties can comply with the limits.
