Election Complaint Filed Against Anti-Wind Power Group in Ontario

According to the Toronto Star, an NDP activist has filed a complaint with Elections Ontario, alleging that Wind Concerns Ontario incurred more than $500 in expenses on political advertising during the 2011 provincial election, but failed to register as required by section 37.5 of the Election Finances Act (Ontario).
