Quebec to hold By-election in Saint-Laurent on 13 September 2010

The Chief Electoral Officer of Quebec has announced that there will be a by-election in the electoral district of Vachon on 13 September 2010. Advance voting will also be available every day from the 3rd of September through the 9th of September.
